Disgusting service at the Department of Home Affairs

Department of Home Affairs Cape Town (Nyanga branch) is a huge disgrace. Staff here is rude and assisting first their friends and family. No respect for other people as this is a norm. One staff member flatting with a client, other staff members on the side having the time of their lives chit-chatting. I guess if this branch was in blaauberg this would never happen.
