Disgusting Service at home affairs

I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate last year Sep, and till today am still waiting for it. I called the customer care centre on the 14/05/15 n i spoke to lungile ref *** told me it was sent on the 14/12/14 and received 19/12/14. I went to the dha since n they still say they haven't received anything, I asked to speak to yoliswa moshoeshoe the supervisor n she couldn't be bothered n I was told she was busy n I could see she was busy on her cell phone even after the call she continued gossiping with her colleagues .the people at the dha are rude, disrespectful, they don't live up to the batho pele slogan. They were not only rude to me but they were also making xenophobic comments to the foreign couple in front of me. I had to take time off from work to be there and wasted 4 hours sitting to be treated like a piece of *******.
