Disgusting Service

I thought going for Cape Town branch would be better. Was I wrong! My Fianc? has been back and forth to this place for nearly 2 weeks just to set a date to get married! And in the process losing out on wages because of the ridiculous long lines! My date I wanted was for the 30th April they tell him its a public holiday and they book us for the 29th! I don't know what calendar they work with but the 1st May is a public holiday. They are so rude, very quick to dismiss you and no help what so ever! This is the first time we are getting married and we have questions! We get mixed info from different people every time. I then mailed the manager '***' as well as Norman who is in charge of this. No response of course and voice mail when I call and the mailbox is full. When I call the office the phone gets thrown down in my ear! Your helpline is useless cause all I heard was, \I don't know". So who the hell do I need to contact next to actually get some help?! Its extremely unprofessional. """
