Disgusting processes at SA Home affairs

I had app**** for surname amendment on the 21 January 2019 I was told that it take 6-8 months for it to be ready for collection, now I’m approaching 12 months with no responses, I when I made phone calls I get different explanations with stinking attitude, visiting their branch worse treatment and attitude no help I’m disappointed and devastated I wish my Surname was Gupta I know I will be helped long time ago
