Disgusting place

I am a mother of a 8 year old disabled child , I was at iSipingo (Durban-kzn)department of home affairs , I wanted to re-print a birth certificate for my child .I waited for almost 5 hrs there then I noticed my child was very tired so I decided to report to the lady who is a security officer that was on duty today (07/01/2018) she was very rude she didn't even wanna listen to me ,she just sent me back to the Que ,I tried talking to their Manager there but he didn't seem to be interested and as a result I am very hurt I thought the Government department were putting disabled people first ,but I got very disappointed today.They even have only one very dirty toilet ,males and females are using the same toilet and yet they have thousands of people there everyday .
