Disgusting home affairs

I have been to home affairs offices in Johannesburg where I told them about my fingerprints that have been blocked by the department and I spoke to the department supervisor who told me that I need to go back to kzn where I was born to unblock my fingerprints and then asked her if they are not using the same system as the 1 the are using in kzn?she answered that her department won't help me and I explained to her that my mother had 2 ids which the first one had wrong information which in a later stage she took another id which had the right information and my mother is a social grant beneficiary and she has not received her grant for 2months now because her fingerprints are blocked and home affairs says they cannot help her so if home affairs cannot help us who will??I have emailed the officials in the ministers office with no response
