Disgusting careless service

We made an application for an unabridged marriage certificate in February.<br> It was followed up several times.<br> After 5 months of nothing we have been following up almost everyday for over 2 weeks.<br> Initially they said the application was cancelled because we have a marriage certificate already. Obviously there staff are not trained or qualified. After having to explain everything again that it was for an unabridged certificate it was re openend. Every time we call they say they will get back to us but do not call back.<br> <br> We have waited over 5 months for the certificate but NOTHING is happening and no matter how often we call, we Re getting nowhere.
