Disgusting behavior by manager of Commercial Road home Affairs

Ive Been to the home affairs in commercial road in Durban earlier today to apply for my passport. But at the photo booth the women in charge of taking the picture refused to have my picture done when I had asked her to explain the procedure as it was my first time there and I did inform her that I have my own passport pictures...without any explanation and such a rush to get things done ...she went on to call the manager who did approach me with no explanation as to what I had asked but rather became very rude and attacked me at the photo booth for my phone as I then took out my phone to record how he was screaming at me and how pathetic he behaved with me .his reaction was totally uncalled for ..and he refused to even listen to the fact that it was my first time there or even listen to what I had to say and that I was not aware of the procedure to have my passport sorted he screamed at me and went on to tell people there that I was waisting time and had me forcefully removed by the security saying that I needed to get out of there with out having my passport issued or having my pic taken.this is very pathetic behavior coming from him.i have opened a case of assault...as he had no right to forcefully fight me for my phone in the photo booth.his way of handling the situation was just disgusting.
