Disgusted with Pinetown Home Affairs for non supply of Unabridged Birth Certificate - 10 YEARS LATER

I have been trying to get my sons unabridged birth certificate which I app**** for in 2014. Almost 10 years later and countless follow ups I have no response. We cannot apply for a new one, because its on the system as pending. What kind of service is this? 10 years almost for a birth certificate. This is beyond unbelievable!!!!! The attitude of these departments is shocking, they just dont care!
