Disgusted by South African Home Affaires

Beyond frustrated with home affairs I have a duplicated ID which was home affairs fault! I even took time and money to fly to home affairs in PTA and submitted all the paperwork to get this resolved but still nothing from home affairs every time I call or send a email I’m told to wait another 2weeks. I cannot get a bank statement, I cannot apply for a job I have 3 kids I need to take of but I cannot do anything because home affairs simply can’t do their job and fix the mess they have created! I just want this sorted so I can continue with my life! Am I asking for to much!
