Disgusted at all 3 branches of Home Affairs

<p>One word to discribe Home Affairs: ***********. For the past 2 weeks i have been going to Umgeni Road, Dbn Central and Isipingo Home Affairs to try and get my Id and Passport sorted out. I have woken up at 4 in the morning reached theres by 4.30 when the doors open I was told the 1st day that the systems were offline at Umgeni Road and that they do not know what time it will be online by the time the doors opened there was a huge crowd. The same day i decided to try central same story and Isipingo just had long queues. The 2nd day I went mid morning same story long lines and they were on a quota system and onlytake a specific number of people each day for the passports so when it came to my turn after standing outside for 2 hours i was told come back another day. Yesterday I decides to repeat the exercise and once again long queues irritated people doors closed. Today was the worst i get there at 4.45 a queue is already forming the so called security guys can not say one word of what is happening me I am thinking well im right in the front so no problem. The doors do not open when i query I am told sorry the system is offline. What the hell is happening this shoddy way of how they suppose to help people is terrible. No one uses their brains at these 3 centres. the security at the door can hardly speak and just use hand actions like we dame mutes to understand their hand action. The attitude they give to us is just nonsense. KZN is the only place that does not do online registrations for us to go and make our Id's at the bank. Poor service delivery, staff not trainied and this minister better take note that this is not on We never had such problems in the old regime and now 22 years later we still having problems with these departments. What a bunch of idiots. i rather take myself off to one of the other Provinces to do my ID and Passport and not frustrate myself with KZN's lame excuse, sorry ****d staff that cannot help anyone or use their brains at getting the crowd going. Look at your camera's and see how your staff work. Lax as ever If this is the new SA then I would rather have the old SA back</p>
