Disgusted

I've been to home affairs 4 days already on my first visit I went to the Umgeni branch and was told the system is offline, second occasion I've waited from 4:30am and was sent home at 8 am after the consultant advised that they've reached their number for the day. I attempted going again and was there earlier but still sent home. On the fourth occasion I visited the Prospection branch, stood in the que from 4:30 am and thought there was hope as I was now closer to the front , however a security guard starts talking to people at the back of the que which led to everyone at the back rushing to front leaving the rest of us at the back. There is no order or system and it has been the worst experience being in that place in fact, a nightmare. Still did not get through to apply for my passport and I am set to leave SA in a few months. Disgusted by the services.
