DISGUST

On 10.01.2019 I went to dept. of home affairs in Mitchells plain and app**** for a copy of a marriage certificate for I.D. *** , I paid and was told to collect it in 6 to 8 weeks . I called many times to check if it was there but it was not . In June they told me it takes 6 to 8 months and so here I am again …. In the 1oth month lol… On Monday (in the 10th month) when I called Mitchells plain office again they said it was still not ready and that Pretoria was dragging it’s feet . I called Pretoria monday , told my story and was given a promise of assistance . I called Pretoria from Cape Town about 25 times today but no-one was able to help me , all they did was put me thorough from one person to another person or give me another number to call , but not one capable person was to be found , they just kept passing me on to the next person … about 25 times … it is really not funny … I phoned Pretoria again now , held on for about 20 minutes before my call was answered and was again promised assistance and said I had to call back Monday , how effing ridiculous is this service ...
