Disatisfactory customer service

For a good 31 minutes I was holding to be assisted, a consultant by the name of Phumudzo answered the call on the 30th minute, he greeted I greeted back, he kept saying hello and I said hello back telling him I can hear, he did not even hold the standard 1 minute for call centre to hear if there is a response from me, it was not even 30 seconds he hung up the call

I am dissatisfied with the service as for half an hour I was sitting on the phone to get no assistance. I was not calling because I had npthing better to do can somebody get back to me ASAP
