Disastrous Home Affairs

Today is the third day in a row that I went to apply for a new identity document and once again I get turned away.Thursday I went early in the morning an apparently their systems were offline,yesterday I went at 12 and stood in the in the long line once again and at 4 I was told to go home and come again tomorrow.Today I went there 7 in the morning and at 10 a worker came to tell me I am waiting my time standing there,their doors are closed and I will not be seen to.This is ridiculous.I am unable to open an account now due to my ID being damage and in result to that a job being offered to me is on the line.
