Disappointment in Department of home affairs

I would to complain about the services of the department. When they communicate that we need to do something we do it urgently but now when it comes to getting response you wait very long. I app**** for a waiver on the 26th of May 2022 till now I am still waiting for response. We are now in 2024 like wow really. Is this what everyone is experiencing or it’s just me. This is not professional.
