Disappointment

I am very disappointed in the services, we have been waiting for feedback since February 2025 after we have submit documents to be corrected, a few back I received a mail the matter has been escalated to the supervisor and marriage office but neither of them has responded on my mail. Is it really necessary to wait for years to get assistance. If we go the office self they will say they cannot assist or just another story to keep their side clean.

I believe when they need assistance they surely receive it so why should we wait so long to get help
