Disappointing Home Affairs

The disaster, patheticness and lack of assistance at Home affairs. I app**** for my passport on 14 Jan 2025, home affairs didn't link payment, had to return to the office 24 Jan 2025 and redo entire application. Payment linked on 28 Jan 2025. The manager, Mr Kgwadi and Swartruggens home affairs, said he will prioritise my application because of the mess made, and I have to apply for my Visa, sadly no assistance. Going for week 5 now, still don't have my passport. The only response "passport at printing"and apparently the can't communicate with GPW printing, on status of passport, I mean really! I have send numerous emails to the minister, his assistant, the call centre and passport inquiries, one response "been processed ". The lack of correspondence, feedback. The sad part is head office people becoming arrogant and rude when enquiring. I did my part, paid the application fee, where is home affairs?? I am frustrated and disappointed and nobody wants to assist. Going to loose the job opportunity, can't apply for my Visa.
