Disappointing

Poor service, staff spend time on their phones chatting on whatsapp while people are waiting to be served. Noone answers calls and you talk about covid protocols, for what and for who, when you want us to come q just to ask a simple thing. Why not answer the phone. The Supervisor is just another person who will keep avoiding you even if you have matters requiring urgent attention
