Disappointed with Department of Home Affairs Randburg

I went to home affairs in Randburg I was transfer to a supervisor, I greeted him and he did not show any interest I was not offered a seat, I had to ask for one. In 2024 he took my details promising to call me I then submitted my required documents which were given to him, he never got back to me. I called the head office and I was told there were no available documents today .I wanted to submit the documents physically to the supervisor who did not any show interest. He was busy on his phone calling people telling them that he is back from work and called a friend while I was there. To further show that he was not interested in anything that I had to say, he told me that he did not remember his email password and therefore could not deal with the matter at hand. He did not respect me nor my time. I’m not happy with the way that I was treated and there was no professionalism.
