Disappointed individual

I am very disappointed with the home affairs links for booking for collection all the links on Google are directing to something else I need to collect my id but with stupidity of million unnecessary links a lot of people are struggling why not have one simple link for collection. Sad part one can't even go without booking to collect. The South African system is is on another level.
