Disappointed in Governments services

They probably might not even see this but the things going on at the Department of Home Affairs in Orlando West Soweto is shocking. I understand the new rules and regulations that come with covid-19 but I didn’t know they include bribery. We stood outside in the sun for over 3 hours with no help whatsoever. The security couldn’t give us any answers as to why we weren’t being helped. The people that were getting help were those that were applying for temporary ID’s. I was there to apply for a birth certificate for my daughter as you should within 30 days of birth. A man later approached me telling me that I can get it ASAP if I pay R150 there won’t be a need to stand in the lines.
