Very unprofessional for a goverment operation.

They have been offline for more than a week just to find out this morning the still offline. No notice up or anyhing...the manager and staff only arrive at work befor 8:00am. Tbe manager should of been there early this morning to notify the people ..Anyway that aside, we arrive at Khayelitsha home affairs jus to discover the are offline to...eish
