Disappointed

i have been waiting upon 2 years for an unabridged birth certificate, i have been calling the office 4 days in a row this week with no answer from them, their phones just ring continuously, It seems as though people from the Department does not take their jobs seriously, they should fired all and re-hire people who can assist a person,,i need a response imminently or else i will take this up further.
