DHA terrible service

I have app**** for my son's Unabridged Certificate on the 3rd Jan 2018 @ Randburg Home Affairs offices. Till this date there's no joy and when I call their call center I keep getting told that they are still busy working on it. On the 18th April I got an escalation number 1 ********** 16 and was told they'll come back to me in 3 days. I have been trying to get through since then with no luck. Home Affairs services really sucks and they have no idea how frustrating it is to deal with *********** and unprofessional PUBLIC SERVANTS.

My son might not get admitted to Grade 8 due to this. How long does it take Home Affairs to update an existing details????????????????????????
