DHA staff unaccountable and irresponsible

I've been having hassles with DHA since May this year. According to them my daughters biometrics is an issue on their side. I've called over 10 times , taken time off and gone to Cresta and Discovery's offices to get this sorted out but with no joy. My last call , where insisted I speak to a superior so that I could get the application purged and restart the process resulted in the agent insiting that the only person that could help was on leave ( a blatant lie ). After arguing with this ***** and asking for her to give me guidance all she suggested was that she would mail here "boss" ( but could not cc me ) . She eventually cut the call on me when questions asked were too difficult to answer. Up until now , the "superior" has not purged my application and I have no idea how to resolve this matter. My dauter is due to write exams soon and needs this .
