DHA SA ID done 3 times and no positive feedback .keeps getting cancelled

I started an ID application for my 16 year old on the 24 march 2025 . Application wa cancelled with 3 days , we made another application, it was cancelled once again with no reason. Third application 24 May, up to today 09 July 2025 application has not moved on the system.i have sent numerous emails to *** and no response. Cannot even get through to call centre 😞. I always hold up to over 30 minutes with no pick up. I don't even know what to do anymore 😭 service I pathetic
