DHA ONLINE PASSPORT APPLICATION DOES NOT WORK

I am trying to apply for a new passport for 2 weeks now. You have to go through 5 steps on the DHA website and then select where you want to pick up the passport and have your photos taken. I have gone through the whole process dozens of times on the home affairs e-filing site, Every time it fails at the end of stage 2. I fill in ALL my details and then cannot go to stage 3. I have tried 3 different web browsers, different internet connections at different places. Home Affairs cant even get a simple thing like a website to work. They think citizens have endless free time to be messed around on their non-working website. I tried once at two branches in person and walked away as the branches stink, and are located in sleazy places. I wanted to go through my bank, but cant even get past DHA site to get to that stage. GATVOL!!!
