DHA online appointment system dysfuncational - no appointments or no OTPs
Either the online system doesn't generate OTP's or when it does then there are never available appointments. I set the alarm for 2am on a Monday morning hoping to secure an online appointment with a bank to submit biometrics, but after a couple of attempts realised that DHA presumably doesn't generate OTPs outside of business hours as no OTP came through. I ensured that my focused notifications on my phone is switched off, so not my phone's fault. DHA completely dysfunctional.

22 May 2023, 07:24What a comedy of errors... so 6am they start processing the backlog, except it takes an hour to do so in which time everyone tries to refresh their OTPs only to find that they expired by the time they receive them... the system generates OTPs slower than what people are requesting new ones! Best thing to do is to generate ONE code and wait for it to come up when it is less busy (not 6-8am).
