DHA not update their system on marital status

Shocking services I received from the Department of Home Affairs in SA. Was officially divorced in Feb 2020. This this day Sep 2022 my status is still Married to my Ex after numerous visits to the Dept and give them every time the papers they require. They receive the papers capture the request. After 3 months the query and papers disappear from their system and no record that I have handed in the required paperwork. This paper work is supposed to be coming directly from the High Court for them to update their system. SHOCKING service
