DHA - NO public service!!

Pathetic! DHA, you say you want to manage queues, so you created an online system. Beautiful! So what if it doesn't work?! We have been attempting to book an appointment for my sister to get a passport for OVER 2 WEEKS now! You simply CAN'T. And the branches won't assist without a booking, not even to help you MAKE A BOOKING! They simply refuse to help. In desperation we went to the Menlyn Mall branch yesterday where it was admitted that there are problems with the online system. SO ... IF YOU CAN'T BOOK ONLINE, AND A BRANCH WON'T HELP YOU, HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO OBTAIN A PASSPORT??????!!!!!! What a WONDERFUL public service we enjoy!
