DHA Nedbank Roodepoort Efficient and Great Service

DHA at Nedbank Roodepoort, the ladies are super helpful, friendly and efficient. Application for passport and ID card took less than half an hour. Passport was ready after 3 weeks, ID card 3 weeks later. Collection was concluded in 5 minutes. Super impressed with the efficiency, thank you ladies!!! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the phone line is not working, apparently for a year already. You know, sometimes we have questions and would like to talk to a human.... Overall, though, a good experience, don't hesitate to do your online applications and visit this branch.
