DHA DELAYING VISA, WORST SERVICE EVER

VFS South Africa has a worse service ever, I submitted my application for study permit TRC since June 2021, but it's been 7months now it still says my application has been received at DHA Pretoria, When calling the VFS Helpdesk they are very rude and they drop calls all time, waste of time and money.
