DHA - delay havoc annoying....

I submitted a Permanent Residence application for my husband in March 2016 through VFS

I have called the call centre number ***and emailed home affairs ********** ; ********** ********** ********** for over 2 years. At every follow up the response has been the same in all instances , the application is with the adjudicators for decision or you just don't receive a response. I further sent an email to the minister and the compliance department ********** no response I have asked to understand what is the hold up as the appropriate process was followed and relevant documents were submitted.

My husband has been renewing the temporary residence for years which costs an arm and a leg jus to obtain all the required information and and submit the application.

But we are expected to vote .
