DHA @ ABSA Sandton deserving high praise!

What a positive experience, applying for both the renewal of my passport and my new ID card. From arriving at the door of the ABSA branch in Sandton City, where I was met by a friendly person who directed me toward the DHA section to the interaction with the competent people dealing with both the applications and collection procedures - every step exceeded my expectations. I want to single out Joel Shibmbu & Bridget Mashigo, who assisted me quickly and competently. You made the experience the best I have ever experienced with the DHA. Thank you!!
