DHA ARE THE WORST DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!

June 2019 I app**** to change my daughters surname and requested the unabridged birth certifate,they explained at the DHA in Mitchells plain that it had a 6month waiting period,2020 covid happend and i understood that many things was now on hold,i left it for that period as I new people was now working from home,2021I emailed them again recieved no responsed called them waited fpr more than 30min only to find out that they have not approved my request they asked me to call back 5days later,i recieved the very same response from this department.i keep calling every 5days and the consultants keep saying my request has not been approved yet 3years has passed and i still have not revieved my daughters birth certificate,I have run out of excuses to give the school.due to a department that cant even do a simple thing for 3whole years,and with poor excuses each time.I think DHA is the worst department ever....they are just not recommendable!!!!!!!
