DHA Appeals delays

Submitted an appeal January and still no response 7 months down the line.My life is at a standstill at the moment,International travel ,missing out on business opportunities because i cannot leave the country since my permit expired. I have been calling every week but no response.Someone please help my life is in limbo at the moment.
