DHA

On the 25th November i was at Randburg Home Affairs. I got there around 07h50 then the gate opened at 08h00. i got my ticket number @ 11h35. the process and or system were very slow. Around 13h35 we were told system not working. i was suppose to make payment. then they said they will send sms to us later that day for us to come and make payment. Today is the 27th November 12h24 no sms came thru or phone call. I want my id for bank purpose. Please help.
