We have app**** for my husband's unabridged birth certificate on 3rd March 2026.Receiptnr :IRE-*** Invnr: 47390 We have told them it is very urgent. When you phone to enquire about the query NOBODY answers the telephone. If there is a back log they should work late AND on WEEKENDS TO SOLVE THE BACK LOG...We are FRUSTRATED!!!! Why can't it go smoothly with the department of home affairs. They are ABSOLUTELY RUDE AT SWARTRUGGENS AND THLABANE NORTHWEST PLEASE WE NEED THE UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE
