Despicable Service

This would be the third time I've had to go to home affairs to collect a first ID card for a 17 year old in my care. All three times without success. Today I arrived after school pick up at 14:30, and was actually kicked out of the door literally, and told that I must leave because they want to go home! They close at 16:00. I am so frustrated and angry, even more so for the fact that the 17 year old is so excited to get her ID, but has been let down and bitterly disappointed on more than one occasion. If I had my way I would never set foot in this Wynberg Home Affairs again. How disgusting to be treated with such rudeness. They should be ashamed of themselves.
