Dept of Home affirs is robbing my futeure.

I have app**** to change my surname in 2008 and that was done,I then app**** fora confirmation letter in July 2014 which Im still waiting for since then.<br> when ever I call them they tell me that they ar looking for the application of my surname.<br> <br> I have been kicked out of school for not paying as my trust fund want the leeter that I can not be furnished wth by home affirs.I was kicked out of school last year for not paying and this year too I have recieved a letter that demanding for the payments of will be kicked out again.<br> <br> I have waisted a year and will be waisting another as I cant go to school.The Dept service is pathetic and very disgusting.<br> <br> I want my future back and i want the confirmation letter
