Dept of Home affairs-terrible service!

Who has ever heard of this scenario: to collect your printed ID card, you have to make an appointment at Malmesbury, Dept of Home affairs. If you have not, you wait outside in a massive queue forever. Ridiculous! The card has already been printed, lying inside for you to just collect it. Should be a 30 sec process.
