Dept of Home Affairs online struggle

I have been trying to do an online passport for the last 5 days. I've completed all the relevant sections including the payment. However the system seems to have gone wonky and I cannot make a booking which is the final step. The province list is not reflecting KZN. There is clearly a glitch. Day after day trying to complete the final step. I've emailed the DHA contact us page...no responses. What now ???
