Dept of Home Affairs - Maponya Mall

I’be been coming to home affairs in Soweto, Maponya Mall for the past week and a half now. It’s convenient how their systems are always off line, their security personnel so disrespectful and harsh when speaking to people. As a tax payer, I find this find of behavioral appalling, and disgusting from the government. Your employees are disrespectful and so inconsiderate of their jobs, so many people are jobless and would jump at the opportunity to work, rather then having people working in government institutes and acting as though they are doing us a favor. How is the Term, “temporarily” offline become a whole days of waiting for your faulty Systems to work, for us to patiently put up with your disrespectful staff?

There are pensioners sitting in these cold benches of yours, whilst your staff gather in a group and chuckle their day away and you Still expect us to pay taxes, for what exactly ? NOTHING.

You keep failing us! And that is a fact.
