Dept of Home Affairs disgrace

I have legally been divorced since July 2010, I have tried so many times to register my divorce and they system will not register it. Back in 2010 the excuse was that the scan did not show the judges stamp. But I did not get notified, fast forward to 34 years ago when i app**** for a home bond and the system popped up that i was still married!!! I have now tried over and over again to change my status. I app**** for a new decree and sent that through, it sat pending for months on the system now it has changed back to "still married" HOW.... no one can tell me what's happened. I am waning to get remarried this year and will have to postpone as Home Affairs cannot and will not help me.... How do i get help? The call center just rings then says all extensions are busy. I need help. 15 years and Home Affairs cannot tick that box to allow me to remarry.
