Dept of Home Affairs complaint

I went to the Department of Home Affairs just to collect my passport. From 12pm, and counting, no movements at all and it's already 13h15. It's pathetic how we pay our rates and taxes with no essential services provided. We are basically paying our municipality to do nothing.
