Dept of home affairs Bellville

Being at the Dept of Home Affairs in Bellville was a terrible nightmare. No social distancing whatsoever, waiting in the queue for an hour just to tell me I am in the wrong queue hahahaaaa so irritated. I walked away with no assistance at all. Honestly speaking nothing is going to be done with my complaint not that it bothers me - the worse place to be I'm sick if i think about it.
