Dept of Home Affairs Bellv.....doomed

I don't think they even worth a rating, arrived shrtly b4 6am & left 4pm = 10hrs. It seems arriving early is certainly not of much help. Clearly they have no method of operation in place....in spite of the people being classed in groups it's still a tedious process..
