We apply for a Unabridged Marraige Cert. on the 22/12-2019 in Cullinan. The lady told us is will take 2-3 month. Now almost 6 month later we still waiting. Send email to Miss Skosana with almost no feedback. This morning i get a email said that Head Office is still closed.We living in Polland and need the cert. ASAP. Can somebody please help.
