Department of Home Affiars Alberton locking doors long before closing time!!!!!

Department of Home Affairs Alberton locking doors long before closing time!!!!! Give them no stars because they don't give a flying f&%# about you. I was there for collection clearly before their office hours says they close and still they refuse to let me just collect my passport and ID card that is there, all they have to do is open a drawer and hand it to me....., I need it urgently to apply for a visa but still they didnt want to help me.
